Job Description

Specimen analysis: Receive, label, prepare, and analyze biological samples such as blood, urine, and tissue.
Diagnostic testing: Perform routine and specialized tests according to established procedures and protocols to identify and diagnose diseases.
Equipment management: Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment, including complex automated analyzers.
Data recording and reporting: Accurately record all test data and results, and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers.
Quality control: Participate in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of test results.
Safety and compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Inventory and stock management: Monitor and manage laboratory supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
Collaboration and support: Work with other laboratory personnel, assist with training junior staff or students, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,389.08 - ₹22,414.59 per month
