Middle management position - Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Inventory Management,2. Operation management,3. Logistics management,4. Supervision of Lab work, , Supervise lab work to ensure timely completion of service requests5. TAT report of all tests crossing TAT with reasons, 6. Ensures that staff members comply with all laboratory rules and regulations, 7.. Maintenance usually involves inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing andrepair of lab equipment; and organization and cleaning of the lab, includingpreparation and storage rooms8. Update, revise, and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures, and otherquality documents9. Managing scheduled rounds of Courier boys and phlebotomists andsanctioning leaves after making alternate arrangements.- Prepare weeklyreport10. Maintains Quality assuranceQualifications and Skills
> 10 yrs of Overall Pathology Laboratory work experience with >3 yrs experience as Laboratory manager/Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
