Supervision of Lab work, , Supervise lab work to ensure timely completion of service requests 5. TAT report of all tests crossing TAT with reasons, 6. Ensures that staff members comply with all laboratory rules and regulations, 7.. Maintenance usually involves inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing and repair of lab equipment; and organization and cleaning of the lab, including preparation and storage rooms 8. Update, revise, and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents 9. Managing scheduled rounds of Courier boys and phlebotomists and sanctioning leaves after making alternate arrangements.- Prepare weekly report 10.
