Patent Search/Analytics Professional - Software and Electronics/Telecom

As a Patent Searching Professional at IIPRD/K&K, you will be responsible for conducting various types of patent searches in Core Telecom/Electronics/Software Domains. Your technical understanding and ability to elaborate inventions in specifications will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct all types of patent searches including FTO, Patentability, Validity, EoU, Infringement Analysis, Licensing Support, and Claim Charts. - Have a strong understanding of the Patent Act and be technically sound to delve into the details of inventions. - Communicate effectively with clients, manage projects, mandates, and client relationships. - Collaborate as a team player and contribute positively to the team. - Take on additional responsibilities such as trainings, speaking opportunities, client communications, and overseeing the docketing team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in patent searching. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Willingness to work in Noida/New Delhi Office or other specified locations.
