Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Litigator located in Gurugram. The Patent Litigator will be responsible for handling legal motions, managing court procedures, preparing for and conducting trials, and taking depositions. Day-to-day tasks will include researching case law, developing legal strategies, drafting patent litigation and invalidation documents, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in Law, particularly in Intellectual Property
• Experience and proficiency with filing Motions
• Understanding of Court Procedures and Trials
• Skilled in taking and defending Depositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in patent litigation preferred
