The role of Patch Management involves managing the deployment of patches, updates, and security fixes across all systems and applications. You will be responsible for monitoring systems for missing patches and ensuring timely installation of necessary updates. It is required to test patches in a controlled environment before rolling them out to production systems to avoid disruptions. Additionally, you will maintain records of patching activities, including patch schedules, successful deployments, and any issues that may arise. Collaboration with IT and security teams to prioritize patching based on security risks and system performance is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies for patch management. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum qualification of BTech/BE/MCA/BCA and at least 1+ years of relevant experience. Certification in MCSA/RHCSA/RHCE is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of patch management processes and best practices. The work location for this role is in person.,
