PASTRY AND BAKERY CHEF

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

• Recipe Development and Creation: Developing new and innovative pastry and bakery recipes, including those for seasonal menus and special occasions.
• Ingredient Preparation: Preparing ingredients, such as measuring, mixing, and portioning, according to established recipes.
• Baking and Cooking: Utilizing various baking techniques to produce a wide range of baked goods, from simple cakes to complex pastries.
• Decoration and Presentation: Decorating and plating desserts and pastries to ensure visually appealing and tasteful presentations.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering new items as needed.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of all baked goods produced.
• Supervision and Training: Supervising and training junior pastry cooks or other kitchen staff.
• Customer Interaction: In some cases, meeting with customers to discuss custom-made desserts for special events.
• Menu Planning: Assisting in the development of pastry and bakery menus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
