Role Overview: The Specialist Passives will be responsible for driving the growth and success of ETF and passive investment offerings. The primary responsibility will be to acquire and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Family Offices, and Institutional clients, providing expert guidance on ETFs, index funds, and other passive investment strategies. The role will entail leveraging deep understanding of capital markets to deliver tailored investment solutions that align with clients' financial goals and risk profiles. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, including High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Family Offices, and Institutional clients. Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and key stakeholders, such as stockbrokers, distributors, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Understand clients' investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to offer tailored ETF and passive investment solutions. 2. Product Knowledge and Sales Attain deep expertise in Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), index funds, and passive investment strategies. Present and explain the benefits, risks, and features of ETFs and other passive investment products to clients. 3. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis Monitor and analyse trends in capital markets, ETFs, and the broader investment landscape to provide actionable insights. Regularly update clients on market conditions, ETF performance, and related investment opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on industry developments and formulate innovative strategies to increase market penetration. 4. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Proactively address and mitigate potential risks related to client investments, safeguarding both client and company interests. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, transactions, and market activities. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: MBA or relevant qualification from a reputed institution in finance or a related field Certifications: NISM V-A and other relevant certifications in investment or capital markets Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in capital markets, stock broking, or related fields Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-oriented approach Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
