PAS US Individual Tax - Senior

As a Tax Senior at EY, your primary role will be to ensure the accuracy of tax deliverables, supervise, develop, and mentor staff, and help managers strengthen client relationships. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a high level of proficiency in US tax technical knowledge, driving the tax return production process, reviewing all types of tax returns, and developing and supervising staff on technical, client service, and engagement management skills. You will also be required to communicate directly with engagement teams in other offices, proactively recognize issues, recommend solutions, coach and mentor team members, and facilitate problem-solving and coordination. Additionally, you will need to be a role model and lead by example.
