PAS Immigration - Contractor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in US immigration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. ### Roles and Responsibility Complete and document assigned work in line with EY quality standards, achieving expected outcomes and taking responsibility for correcting any errors or omissions. Draft Immigration petitions (IV/NIV) for the Americas region with high accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Work on Application drafting and mailbox management, ensuring timely and effective task completion. Collaborate with team members based on communication and mutual accountability to achieve common goals. Understand and apply the correct methodology, tools, and technology to ensure high-quality results. Update appropriate systems to support tracking and billing inquiries. Proactively identify and address technology issues, providing necessary solutions. Timely report activities as assigned by seniors and prepare ad hoc reports as directed. Contribute to other projects as assigned. ### Job Requirements Graduation in a relevant field such as Travel & Tourism, Social & Political science, Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications, or equivalent. Experience in drafting US visa applications including H-1/L-1/TN/O-1/EB -1 NIW and handling GC processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology quickly, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Driven by challenges and task-oriented, with a flexible and detail-oriented approach to work. Basic US Immigration knowledge is essential, along with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred, and any foreign language skills are a plus.
