Qualifications & Experience BE or Diploma (or higher), in Mechanical Production/ Automobile Electrical engineering; Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Total work experience of 12 15 years in Handling Supplier Quality and Incoming Parts Quality Expert in Handling Parts manufacturing Processes Knowledge of Quality Systems, Supplier audits, process audits. Handson experience on QMS ISO9001:2015 with detailed understanding on Customer Input Requirement, QMS documentation. Experienced in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project); Knowledge & Competencies Quality Instruments & equipment Understanding of Basic Quality Inspection Equipment, their Calibration as per IS Standard and Metallurgical Inspection Detail exposure on PPAP documentation, APQP process. Quality Tools application with Systematic Problem-solving Approach Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification Expert in Handling Parts manufacturing Processes Handon experience on QMS ISO9001:2015 with detailed understanding on Customer Input Requirement, Flexible and willing to work in Matrix organisation structure
