Additional Parameters

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or private banking
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Partner - First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing our private banking business in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will work closely with the Wealth Management and Sales teams to identify and acquire high net worth clients and provide them with customized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high net worth clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand clients' financial needs and provide them with personalized solutions
• Cross-sell various financial products and services offered by the bank
• Meet sales targets and achieve business goals
• Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines
  

Qualifications
