Location: Pune, India Position/s : 1 Position Overview: The Lead Manager for NBFCs and Banks will be responsible for driving business development, fostering client relationships, and managing the deployment of advanced cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity needs of this domain and will lead initiatives to enhance the security posture of such organizations. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop strategies to expand market presence and drive the adoption of cybersecurity solutions. Service Management: Oversee the deployment and management of services including: Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Managed Security Services Information Technology Service Management ( ITSM ) Technology Integration: Identify and integrate advanced technology solutions to improve security and operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact for client concerns, ensuring their cybersecurity requirements are effectively met. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in business development and managing cybersecurity services. Strong expertise in ITSM ,VAPT, SIEM, and Managed Security Services. Ability to identify, evaluate, and integrate advanced technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the Banking or Financial Services sectors. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
