Job Description

Customer Service: Welcoming customers, answering questions about products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Sales: Promoting products, closing sales, and achieving individual or team goals. Transaction Management: Processing payments, handling returns, and issuing receipts. Inventory Management: Assisting with stock counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining order. Display and Merchandising: Ensuring a visually appealing sales floor and maintaining store standards. Assisting Customers: Guiding customers to products, providing product information, and addressing inquiries. Promoting Sales: Highlighting special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintaining a Clean Store: Ensuring the sales floor is tidy and organized. Handling Returns and Exchanges: Processing returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy. Inventory Management: Receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies. Collaborating with Team Members: Working with fellow sales associates to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
