Job Description

Part-Time Retail Associates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, helpful attitude
  • Handle product inquiries, provide recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
  • Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
  • Replenish shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Receive and unpack new inventory
  • Assist with stockroom organization and inventory counts
  • Follow store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
  • Support promotional events or seasonal sales campaigns as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • A positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
