Part time Patient Relation Officer

Job description

• To play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience by acting as a point of contact for patients, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling patient complaints from initial contact through resolution, including investigating concerns, drafting responses, and supporting resolution meeting
• Acting as a point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing information, answering questions, and offering support during their healthcare journey.
• Facilitating communication between patients, families, and various healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Advocating for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.
• Providing patients with information about their rights, responsibilities, and available services, including advance directives.
• Ensuring the physical environment is conducive to patient comfort and well-being, addressing housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
