Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos of training sessions, matches, events, and achievements
Edit reels, videos, and highlight packages for social media and promotions
Design posters, banners, brochures, and digital creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Coordinate with coaches and media team for weekly content plans
Travel across Pune locations as per scheduled shoots/events

Preferred candidate profile

1+ years of experience in graphic design and videography (freelance or professional)
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools
Skilled in mobile + DSLR shooting (both photos & videos)
Strong understanding of content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and Reels
Creative thinker with a passion for sports or youth-focused content (preferred)
Must be ready to travel within Pune to shoot at different centers
