Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms. Design basic creatives, reels, and videos to promote sports programs, tournaments, and achievements. Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and paid ad campaigns. Track engagement metrics and generate regular performance reports. Coordinate with coaches, centers, and videographers to gather content. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive enrollments and visibility. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of sports, especially football, basketball, or grassroots programs (preferred). Creative thinker with content writing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools). Comfortable working across multiple locations in Pune (field content visits).
