Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured football coaching sessions for boys.
• Develop drills and training programs to improve passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense.
• Prepare boys’ teams for inter-house, inter-school, and district-level tournaments.
• Organize practice matches and monitor progress.
• Maintain and manage football equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Encourage discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players.
• Provide basic first aid during practice sessions when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Certification/Diploma in Football Coaching preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in schools, academies, or professional setups.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of modern football training methods and strategies.
