Parking Attendant

The Parking Attendant is responsible for managing vehicle entry and exit in parking facilities, ensuring smooth traffic flow, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized environment for all guests. You will greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, direct drivers to available parking spaces, issue and collect parking tickets or validate parking as required, monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations, and assist customers with questions, directions, or minor vehicle issues. Additionally, you will report safety hazards, suspicious activities, or damage to property and maintain cleanliness and order in parking areas. The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or parking facility experience is an asset. You should have the ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have basic math skills, and be able to handle cash transactions accurately. Being reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is crucial for this position.
