Paper Cup & Paper Tub Machine Operator

As a Paper Cup and Tub Forming Machine Operator, your role involves setting up and operating automatic/semi-automatic machines to produce paper cups and tubs. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that raw materials such as printed paper rolls and PE-coated paper are loaded and aligned properly. - Monitoring machine operations to maintain consistent product quality and reduce waste. - Adjusting machine settings for size, shape, and thickness according to product requirements. - Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to minimize downtime. - Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure dimensions, sealing, printing alignment, and identify defects. - Maintaining accurate production and maintenance logs. - Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, particularly for food-grade packaging. - Collaborating with printing, cutting, and packing teams to facilitate a smooth workflow. - Reporting any operational issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.
