Paper Cup & Paper Tub Machine Operator

The role involves setting up and operating automatic/semi-automatic paper cup and tub forming machines. You will be responsible for loading and aligning raw materials such as printed paper rolls and PE-coated paper correctly. Monitoring machine operations to maintain consistent product quality and minimize waste is a crucial aspect of the job. Additionally, you will need to adjust machine settings to meet product requirements in terms of size, shape, and thickness. Routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery will be part of your responsibilities to ensure minimal downtime. Conducting quality checks on finished products for dimensions, sealing, printing alignment, and defects is essential. Keeping accurate production and maintenance logs will be required as well. It is imperative to adhere to safety and hygiene standards, especially concerning food-grade packaging. Collaboration with printing, cutting, and packing teams is necessary to ensure a smooth workflow. If any operational issues or equipment malfunctions arise, you should promptly report them to the supervisor or maintenance team. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
