Job Description: Panzura is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our India team. This role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. The People Ops Generalist will act as a key partner to team members and managers, ensuring a positive experience while helping scale our people processes as the business grows. Candidates are required to live in Pune and work regularly from our office. No relocation will be supported. While this role is remote, due to the regional needs of the position, candidates must be located in either Texas or Wisconsin to be considered.
