Role & responsibilities Accurately code ICD-10 diagnoses and CPT codes for a variety of medical specialties, with a primary focus on Urgent Care. Provide coding expertise for specialties including Cardiology, Surgery, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease. Ensure compliance with coding regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with our team to meet quality and productivity benchmarks. Preferred candidate profile Certified Medical Coder (CPC, COC, or equivalent) preferred. Strong experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding. Prior coding experience in Urgent Care and/or other provider specialties is a plus. Knowledge of medical billing processes and documentation standards. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
