Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities Ability to generate new leads Engage with leads generate and create opportunities and follow up on existing opportunities Make proposals and presentations to successfully close deals Work with Leadership to negotiate the commercials Nurture long lasting relationship with the key stakeholders at prospects and clients Build partnership with larger service organizations for staff augmentation, and sub-contracting Identifying marketing events to participate in Work with the marketing team to create campaigns for generation of leads Responsible for a variety of tasks related to technical sales, including analyzing competitors, developing sales opportunities, and closing new accounts over phone, fax, and email. In charge of verifying and entering account information, analyzing customers' accounts and buying history, suggesting related and new items to customers, and reporting and tracking problems. Recommend policy and procedure improvements and keeping track of orders, as well as building rapport with customers and providing them with technical information and explanations as needed. Competencies Required Understanding of SAP and SAP Products preferrable Understanding of BD and Sales Knowledge and Experience of IT and ITES Good knowledge of MS Office Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 8 -10 years of experience in Business development, Sales, consulting and delivery of SAP solutions Must have experience in APAC markets At least 5 years experience in business process re-engineering at an executive level At least 5 years experience in business operations and strategy at an executive level Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends based on project requirements) Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
