Job Title: HR Executive (6-Month Contract) Location: Bangalore (WFO) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract Compensation: ?15,000 Take Home Join: Immediate joiners only About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in HR operations, including employee onboarding, background verification (BGV), exit formalities, and grievance handling. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple HR processes efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires Conduct thorough background verification (BGV) checks and documentation Handle exit formalities promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies Address and resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping as needed Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives and processes Requirements Experience: 3 months to 1 year in HR operations covering onboarding, background verification, exit formalities, and grievance handling Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools Immediate availability to join
