Job Description

Role & responsibilities

PAM/IAM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts
across Windows and Unix systems
Administer and maintain
PAM tools
such as
BeyondTrust Password Safe or similar
Implement and support IAM lifecycle activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
Support
security audits
, including evidence gathering and reporting
Write and maintain
automation scripts
using Python and/or PowerShell
Assist with
troubleshooting PAM-related issues
on various endpoints
Document processes, workflows, and architectural changes clearly and efficiently
Collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to ensure
compliance with internal and external standards

Required Skills (Must-Have)

36 years of relevant experience in
PAM/IAM
domain
Hands-on experience with
BeyondTrust
or equivalent PAM tools (excluding CyberArk-only profiles)
Proficiency in
Python and/or PowerShell
scripting
Strong understanding of
IAM lifecycle
and access control principles
Experience supporting
Windows and Unix
systems in PAM contexts
Exposure to
AWS or Azure
with IAM/PAM integrations
Ability to support audits, including
SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
compliance
Good communication and documentation skills

Desired Skills (Good to Have)

Practical experience with
BeyondTrust suite
(e.g., Password Safe, AD Bridge, PRA)
Familiarity with
IAM/PAM regulatory requirements
Experience in
automating IAM/PAM operations or workflows
Exposure to
audit logging and monitoring tools
(e.g., Splunk, ELK, Syslog)
