Job Description

Implement, maintain, and monitor PAM solutions, including policy development, security assessments, and best practice recommendations.
Integrate and manage privileged infrastructure servers, accounts, users, and applications within the PAM platform.
Develop and report key risk indicators (KRIs), monitor privileged sessions, and ensure adherence to security controls and policies.
Introduce automation, refine procedures, and conduct root cause analysis to enhance PAM processes and improve audit readiness.
Serve as a liaison between system owners and technology teams, ensuring awareness of IAM policies and promoting awareness of security risks.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management principles like least-privilege access, RBAC, and credential vaulting.
Hands-on experience with various PAM platforms and solutions.
Scripting for repetitive tasks, reviewing log files, and troubleshooting connector issues.
Experience implementing PAM in cloud environments and understanding modern security paradigms like Zero Trust Architecture.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
