Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer PAM components such as Vaults, credential managers, session managers, connectors, and associated servers (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar).
• Onboard, manage, and rotate privileged accounts, SSH keys, and service accounts.
• Implement and manage platforms, safes, and policies based on security requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to PAM integrations, connectors, and password rotations.
• Support integration with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
• Maintain compliance and audit requirements by managing privileged access sessions and reports.
• Apply patches, perform upgrades, and maintain high availability/DR setup.
• Collaborate with application, server, and database teams for account onboarding and privileged session management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of project experience working with

  any PAM solution

  (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of vaulting, credential rotation, session management, and PAM architecture.
• Experience in user and account onboarding, policy configuration, and safe/role management.
• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory administration.
• Basic understanding of networking, security controls, and authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, RADIUS).
• Hands-on experience with custom connectors and application integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Identity Security and Endpoint Privilege Management solutions is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Relevant PAM certifications (CyberArk CDE, BeyondTrust, etc.) will be an added advantage.
