Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our BMW Body Shop team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in car painting, surface preparation, and color matching to deliver high-quality finish work that meets BMW standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform body surface preparation including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix, match, and apply paint using spray guns and other tools.
• Ensure smooth and even paint application as per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the paint booth and work area.
• Perform polishing and finishing work to achieve showroom-quality results.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance and correct any defects.
• Work closely with body shop advisors and technicians to ensure timely job completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a car painter in a reputed automobile workshop or body shop.
• Knowledge of modern paint systems (e.g., water-based, metallic, and pearl finishes).
• Ability to match colors accurately.
• Familiarity with BMW standards or premium car brands will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Automotive Painting or related trade preferred.
