Painter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to paint fabricated components and finished products like flow meter bodies, strainers, and other instrumentation equipment with a focus on quality and corrosion protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming metal components before painting.
• Apply industrial-grade paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to flow meters and related products.
• Ensure uniform paint application with proper finish, color coding, and labeling as per standards.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, touch-ups, or defects before handing over to assembly or dispatch.
• Maintain painting equipment, tools, and the work area in good condition.
• Follow all health and safety protocols during handling of paints and solvents.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in industrial or fabrication painting (preferably in instrumentation, engineering, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques, paint mixing, and surface preparation.
• Ability to handle enamel, epoxy, or powder-coated finishes (as per product requirements).
• Physically fit and detail-oriented with a good work ethic.
