Painter – Prefab Construction Location: Anywhere in India Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 years (Prefab/Industrial painting preferred) Job Summary We are looking for skilled Painters experienced in residential, commercial, or prefab structure painting. The role includes surface preparation, applying coatings, and delivering high-quality finishing for prefab homes and structures. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces: sanding, scraping, filling gaps, and priming. Apply paints, primers, varnishes, and protective coatings. Execute interior and exterior painting for prefab structures. Ensure smooth, clean, and uniform finish across all surfaces. Mix paints and match colors as per design standards. Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Coordinate with site supervisors to meet project timelines. Requirements 5 years of painting experience. Knowledge of enamel, emulsion, and metal painting. Understanding of finishing techniques for steel and prefab panels. Ability to work under timelines and deliver quality work. Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
