About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Matcher who can bring perfection to every color finish. The ideal candidate will handle advanced color mixing and ensure flawless blending and refinishing on all vehicles.

Location: Panvel, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately match vehicle paint shades using computerized and manual systems.
Prepare panels for paint application — sanding, masking, and surface cleaning.
Perform refinishing, blending, and touch-up with precision.
Maintain and calibrate paint booth equipment and color tools.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive painting and color matching.
In-depth knowledge of paint types, materials, and refinishing processes.
Eye for detail and passion for achieving perfect finishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
