Painter (Hotel )

The Hotel Painter is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance, cleanliness and condition of interior and exterior painted and finished surfaces of the hotel. This includes guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and any renovation/repair work, while minimizing disruption to hotel operations and guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, varnish, sealers and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment to walls, ceilings, doors, window frames, furniture, metal/wood surfaces. SmartRecruiters+2careers.marriott.com+2
• Perform touch-ups, color matching, and ensure finishing standards are consistent across hotel property. indeed.com+1
• Work on both interior and exterior surfaces, including high-traffic public areas, guest rooms, back-of-house, furniture, fixtures and fittings. Careers Page+1
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front-office, maintenance teams to schedule painting/repair work so guest disruption is minimized. indeed.com+1
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials; manage inventory of paint, solvents, finishes; ensure safe storage and disposal of materials. SmartRecruiters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
