This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter Helper located in Singrauli. The Painter Helper will be responsible for assisting painters in preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. Additional tasks include mixing and matching paints, cleaning tools, setting up and dismantling painting equipment, and performing other duties as instructed by the lead painter or supervisor.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of painting tools and materials, including surface preparation and paint application.
Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively with a team, and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Attention to detail, ability to maintain a clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle long hours of physical labor in a construction environment.
Previous experience in painting or construction support roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Commitment to learning and developing skills within the construction and infrastructure industry.
