We are a reputed Law Firm seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paid Assistant to join our Taxation Team. The ideal candidate will assist in tax compliance, research, advisory, and litigation support across direct and indirect tax matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and filing of tax returns, audit reports, and other compliance documents (Income Tax, GST, etc.)
• Support in preparing replies to tax notices, assessment orders, and departmental queries.
• Conduct legal and tax research, case law analysis, and drafting of legal opinions or memos.
• Assist senior professionals in tax litigation matters before appellate authorities and courts.
• Maintain and organize client documentation, records, and correspondence related to tax filings and proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients for data gathering, clarifications, and status updates.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, circulars, and judicial pronouncements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• CA (Inter) required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in taxation (Articleship /law firm/ CA firm experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws (both direct and indirect taxes)
• Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
