Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google)

As a Meta & Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. You will work closely with our design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy that drive conversions. Your role will involve researching audiences, keywords, and trends to ensure targeted reach, tracking conversions, analyzing results, and making necessary campaign adjustments for improved ROI. Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular reports with simple insights on campaign performance. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of 3-5 years in successfully managing Meta & Google ad campaigns. A strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy is essential, along with proficiency in tracking tools such as Pixel, GTM, and GA4. You must possess a keen eye for performance metrics and ad copy that resonates with the target audience. Having Google or Meta certifications, or experience in real estate, travel, e-commerce, etc., would be considered a bonus.
