🚨 Urgent Requirement – Experienced InDesign Paginator

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring an experienced InDesign Paginator to join our publishing production team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in XML-based and manual typesetting, with strong skills in layout design, client communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and structure high-quality pages using Adobe InDesign as per project and client specifications.

Handle XML workflows, including both manual and tool-based typesetting.

Lead and guide a team of paginators to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Perform image editing (cropping, resizing, retouching) using Adobe Photoshop.

Ensure all deliverables meet CTQ standards, publishing benchmarks, and project deadlines.

Apply advanced knowledge of typography, layout structure, and visual hierarchy to maintain quality and consistency.

Review and validate outputs for accuracy and layout precision.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5 years in pagination, typesetting, or layout design using Adobe tools.

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant XML/math plugins or tools.

Strong experience in team handling and client communication.

Skilled in XML processes (manual and automated).

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
