Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Paediatric Intensivist on-site in Kochi, providing specialized medical care for critically ill children in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs). Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring life-support systems, and formulating treatment plans. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for pediatric patients through attentive, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized medical care for critically ill children in PICUs - Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams - Monitor life-support systems - Formulate treatment plans Qualifications: - Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing - Expertise in Pulmonology and Anesthesiology - Comprehensive knowledge of general Medicine as it applies to pediatric intensive care - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations - Board certification or equivalent in Pediatric Critical Care or related disciplines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary medical teams - Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices - Experience in a hospital setting with a focus on pediatric intensive care is highly advantageous,
