The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be located in Karnal. As a graduate engineer, preference will be given to those with a background in Mechanical Engineering. The candidate should have direct experience in Paddy Milling operations, specifically in areas such as handling manpower (Supervisor/Operator/Helper) and knowledge of Paddy Milling equipment including utilities. Additionally, proficiency in managing Production reporting, Batch production reporting, Stock/Inventory, and MIS is required. While knowledge of SAP is preferred, candidates from Wheat milling, Food, or FMCG industries will also be considered. However, candidates with experience in the Rice Industry will be given preference. Overall, the successful candidate will be expected to have a strong technical background in Paddy Milling operations and demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of production management and inventory control.,
