Job Title: Packing Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Packing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all packing operations, managing packing materials and equipment, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role requires daily supervision of the packing team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packing department and a team of 15 members.
• Act as Stock In charge for tea, filter machines, and packing materials.
• Conduct daily physical stock verification and maintain updated stock records.
• Ensure all packing materials are available as per production requirements.
• Monitor packing processes to maintain product quality, accuracy, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and oversee the proper functioning of packing and filter machines.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Implement and ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily reports on packing status, stock levels, and team performance.
• Train and guide packing staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Packing Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of stock management and physical verification.
• Familiarity with tea/food packing operations and related machinery.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and stock updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
