Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Packing Supervisor to oversee packing operations on the shopfloor. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and will ensure packing activities are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations on the shopfloor.
• Ensure timely and accurate packing of finished goods as per production schedule.
• Maintain packing quality standards and reduce packaging errors or damages.
• Allocate and manage manpower during shifts efficiently.
• Monitor availability of packing materials and raise requisitions when needed.
• Train and guide packing staff to follow SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure shift handovers are properly documented and communicated.
• Report shift-wise packing data, issues, and downtime to the Production Manager.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a packing/production supervisory role in a factory or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Strong understanding of packing processes and materials.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of basic safety and quality standards.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent. (Technical background preferred)
