About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills :Unix Shell Scripting

Good to have skills :Linux, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM)
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), Linux.

Strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques.

Experience with system configuration and application deployment.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
