Collaborating within the Compressor Package Development organization, you will develop competitive packages for various markets and support research and development initiatives. Seeking mentorship from peers and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to bring about harmonization, developments, and the implementation of standards. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Package Engineering roles related to rotating equipment packages. A strong technical understanding of rotating equipment trains, system/packages, instrumentation/control, and familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, TEMA, IEC, and piping design codes is required. Your expertise in Compressor Package Engineering, including knowledge of auxiliary systems, will be crucial. You should be known for your problem-solving skills, ability to develop new standards, and demonstrate professional judgment in challenging situations. Experience with Engineering/PLM software such as Teamcenter, SAP, NX, E3, COMOS, and Jira will be advantageous. In the Transformation of Industry division at Siemens Energy, you will contribute to the decarbonization of the industrial sector and drive the transition to balanced processes, leveraging a strong industrial customer base and diverse technologies.
