Package Consultant-SAP Cloud Integration

Position Summary:

The SAP Cloud Integration Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and related technologies. The role requires a deep understanding of integration patterns, cloud-based architectures, and SAP business processes to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Development

• Design, configure, and implement integrations using

  SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

  ,

  SAP Integration Suite

  , or

  SAP Process Integration (PI/PO)

• Develop end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.) and third-party systems.
• Configure adapters, message mappings, and integration flows (iFlows).
• Work with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and file-based integrations.

Project Delivery

• Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define integration requirements and data mappings.
• Support migration from on-premise PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with best practices and architectural standards.

Maintenance & Support

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integration processes.
• Monitor interfaces and resolve incidents or failures proactively.
• Maintain documentation for all integration solutions and configurations.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, Security, and Business Analysts.
• Follow change management, testing, and deployment procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks and methodologies.
