Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations Management: * Oversee and manage various accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries and financial transactions. Policy and Procedure Development: •Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures. •Ensure adherence to established policies and recommend improvements. Audit Support: •Provide support for statutory and quarterly audits. •Ensure timely preparation and availability of documentation required for audit processes. Process Improvement: •Lead and drive process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance functions. •Identify areas for efficiency gains and implement best practices. Qualifications: •Qualified Chartered accountant with relevant experience of 3 years •Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, and regulatory reporting requirements. •Experience with financial systems and accounting software. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. •Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
