Job description

• Understand the student’s academic background, financial ability, career aspirations, and guide them with suitable course and university options.
• Provide one-to-one counselling to students regarding study abroad options in countries such as the Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.
• Provide guidance on visa processes, document checklists, and interview preparation.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university updates, visa rules, and program changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical counselling standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Humanities, or related fields).
• 2-5 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
