Outsourcing Manager (Part-Time, Remote – Kolkata Only) Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Kolkata) Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month Work Hours: (Choose one Shift) Morning: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM --- About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outsourcing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As projects come in, you will be responsible for coordinating with freelancers (mainly on Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.), negotiating the best deals, and ensuring timely and successful project completion from start to finish. This is a remote role but open only to candidates based in Kolkata. --- Key Responsibilities : - Receive and review project requirements from internal teams - Identify, shortlist, and communicate with relevant freelancers on platforms like Fiverr and LinkedIn - Negotiate pricing and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery within budget - Manage project execution and ensure deadlines are met - Communicate updates to internal team regularly - Ensure proper documentation and reporting of each project --- Eligibility Criteria : - Female candidates only - Must be 18+ years of age - Must be a student or fresher - Based in Kolkata and available for remote work - Background in tech or related fields (preferred) - Strong communication skills in English - Reliable, organized, and a strong sense of work ethic - Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Fiverr/LinkedIn is a plus (training will be provided) Show more Show less
