Roles & Responsibilities Production: Production planning and scheduling; setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency. Organize production to ensure goods are produced on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems. Determine and implement improvements to the production process. Prepare and maintain production reports. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize interventions for improvement. Plan and execute expansion of the production unit. Maintain excellent understanding of materials such as wood, metals, leather, marble, LED, and metal plating. Leverage a strong network of vendors across India for metal, metal plating, casting, VMC, PVD, and electroplating.
