Bikat Adventures began in the year 2010 with the aim of making the outdoors fun and adventurous. To us, the outdoors don’t just make for excellent playgrounds but also great classrooms where a lot can be learnt.

We are looking for resourceful and intuitive trek leaders to join our teams in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Ladakh. The hiring process for a trek leader is a lengthy one at Bikat Adventures but the career growth can be rewarding. Here is all you need to know about working as a trek leader here.
No matter what team you are in, we encourage our team members to take time off and explore the adventures we hold. We believe All Work and All Play makes for an exciting life.
You have the freedom to conceptualize and experiment with new projects in your existing role and try your hand at new roles. We have had Content Writers become Assistant Trek Leaders, Designers become On-field Photographers and so much more.
Work is important but so is your life outside of it. We love watching our team members pursue passions and hobbies outside of work hours and go out of our way to help them in their learning journeys.
Here, everyone plays a role at a time. The CEO has become the belayer and the COO has been assistant to the Expedition Leader. We are not suggesting chaos where we don’t know who does what but we wear different hats as the situation demands and once you are there with a hat, you wear it with pride.
We do not believe in micro-management. It hampers creativity, dampens the spirit and makes for bad work culture. Once you are on a project, we encourage you to own it. And if you need any help along the way, we are always here.
With freedom to experiment comes great exposure, learning and growth. Our people have grown from helpers to cooks to mountaineers, from content writers to heading marketing and communications, from designers to social media executives and so much more.
Qualifications are important but qualities are non-negotiable.
